- Term of Office for FBA Board Members - Motion on the floor to extend the term of all FBA Board Members to two years. If this motion is approved, there will be a formal motion to amend the FBA Bylaws, which will require a Special Meeting, and a motion to the membership at large to extend the term of the current Board to two years, which can also be voted at that Special Meeting.
