The FBA Master Judge Program is designed to recognize those judges who have shown their support for the most judge friendly, cooker friendly competition barbecue circuit around. The FBA Master Judge is there at almost every contest. They provide the teams with a fair and unbiased arena to test their cooking skills.
The following requirements must be met to become an FBA Master Judge:
This list will be updated after each contest. If you would like a detailed breakdown of the contests you have judged please go to the Contact Page to send an e-mail to Ricky. For ALL Judges - starting on January 1, 2005 you must judge at an FBA sanctioned contest or the Funcook at least once a year in order to maintain your Certified FBA Judge's status and to remain in our Judge's database. If you become uncertified you will have to take the judge's seminar again. Effective March 26, 2007 - You must be an FBA Member in good standing in order to be an FBA Judge. |
| Congratulations to Wayne & Shirley Miller, our newest Master Judges, seen here receiving their credentials from Ida Isaacs and Ed Hartwig at the Day On The River, Valley, Alabama on May 24, 2008. | ![]() |
